beautiful grounds breakfast buffet outdated bathroom inconsistent water
The grounds are fine and well worth a walk around. I found it perfect for relaxation. the food was also lovely. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
the bathroom felt a bit outdated, and the hot water wasn't always consistent. the lack of air conditioning was also noticeable.

The grounds were very beautiful, and i enjoyed woodland walks. the staff were really nice too offer an earlier-than-expected 'early check-in'. the room was gorgeous and included a comfy dog bed, food mat, and bowl plus gravy bones. It.

rubber ducky beautiful trails top notch
The garden cottage was impeccably clean and meticulously prepared.. they even included a little rubber ducky and baby shampoo for our little one, a sweet touch i never expected. the hiking trails are beautiful, offering peaceful strolls and the chance to see deer running around the hotel early in the morning. customer service was top notch. They accommodated my request for an early check-in with only an hour's notice.
the room key didn't work most of the time, requiring frequent trips back to reception to get it reactivated.
