The location was central. it was easy to reach many restaurants and points of interest on foot. I appreciated that. i also found the staff to be particularly helpful! they gave good advice on local attractions. there was also complimentary coffee available in the lobby.
the room i stayed in was quite basic and smaller than expected, it was a bit cramped.

charming stay, a good find

I found the staff genuinely friendly and helpful. They gave great advice on local spots. the rooms felt spacious, a real surprise. plus, the central location made exploring easy. the fresh water jug and cookies in the room were a nice touch.
the frosted glass window in my small room made it dark, so i missed having an external view. it felt a little cramped.

The hotel is close to attractions and both beaches. It offered a perfect base for exploring. the central location gave easy access to the city's main areas. plenty of shops and bars surrounded the hotel, a bonus for evenings out.

the reception staff provided helpful suggestions upon arrival, which i loved. i found i could contact them swiftly, even outside reception hours. the team was friendly, offering assistance at all times. the service was excellent, really.

Was so nice!
quiet area helpful staff
The location was excellent. It was in a quiet area but still very convenient. It was an easy walk from the bus station. The staff at check-in was helpful and provided lots of useful tips and information. I also appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and treats available all day.
Our room faced the inner shaft of the building, covered at the top. There was a window, but it didn't allow fresh air inside the room. As soon as I opened the window, an unpleasant smell came inside, as the room faced a closed shaft.
