small room noisy street
The room was clean BUT small. I was frustrated that the mini fridge was empty. Not even water was available. I also found the location a bit inconvenient. It was a walk to get to the main attractions. The room faced a noisy street.

Fantastic Stay with Great Service!
comfy pillows helpful staff kind staff good breakfast selection
The pillows felt very comfy. I arrived late, coming from Madrid, but the staff helped me access the garage with such calm and kindness. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a very good selection.
The location is in the business area and there was a lot of traffic noise during the day and also a little at night. It was not a major issue though.

The staff offered really good attention. They were cute and ready to assist with any requests. Annie greeted me with warmth and good humor. Her service was really good. The staff exceeded my expectations.

The room was fine. The beds were comfy. I slept very well. Everything was super clean. The housekeeping team did a very good job.

The hotel included secure parking. This was a bonus, especially when traveling with a car. There is an easy bus ride to the city center. This made transportation very convenient. This feature made accessing local attractions very easy.

The breakfast choices were very good. I found many options to choose from. The dining area was clean and well kept. Alessandro provided excellent breakfast service. Everything was high quality.

breakfast selection helpful staff thin wall noisy air conditioning
The included breakfast was very good. It had a nice selection of items to choose from (I really enjoyed the fresh fruit). The staff were helpful and friendly. They assisted me with directions to local attractions and bus schedules. They were always available when I needed them.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms (this was sometimes disruptive during quiet hours). The air conditioning unit was a bit loud. It was nice.

The bus stop directly in front provided easy access to the city center. My room featured great storage space and a very good bathroom.
