The receptionist greeted us warmly and provided excellent service. It was a wonderful start to our stay. the bar offered tapas throughout the day. the staff readily provided helpful advice and explanations regarding local attractions.
The breakfast options remained unchanged daily. It lacked variety.

the family room had ample space. the room was clean and comfortable with well working air conditioning. a crib was promptly delivered upon our request; this was very appreciated.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was okay. A 15-minute walk got me to the beach. The room was super tidy. It overlooked the surrounding countryside.
They refused to refund the second, though it was booked at the same time. The hotel did not answer the phone. Emails went unanswered. I experienced poor communication from the administration departments.
