The reception staff were helpful at arrival. They were also helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated having access to the health club. The facilities were NICE!!!
I stayed for two nights in a luxury king room. I waited nearly an hour for a cocktail in the evening. Breakfast was a smaller offering for a packed restaurant. There was a queue of 10 people every morning for the coffee machines as only one worked.

The closet was oddly small. I found that quite inconvenient. It would barely hold my clothes for the duration of my stay. the WiFi signal was almost nonexistent. It was hard to get a reliable connection even for basic internet use. This was a real problem.

the staff were really helpful! the breakfast offered many options, and hot food was prepared to order. the hotel provided easy beach access and nice walks around the sea. i found the gym to be well equipped and very accessible.
the lack of air conditioning in the room was noticeable, especially with the windows open and warmer temperatures.
