helpful staff nice facilities long queue packed restaurant
The reception staff were helpful at arrival. They were also helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated having access to the health club. The facilities were NICE!!!
I stayed for two nights in a luxury king room. I waited nearly an hour for a cocktail in the evening. Breakfast was a smaller offering for a packed restaurant. There was a queue of 10 people every morning for the coffee machines as only one worked.

small closet weak wifi
The closet was oddly small. I found that quite inconvenient. It would barely hold my clothes for the duration of my stay. the WiFi signal was almost nonexistent. It was hard to get a reliable connection even for basic internet use. This was a real problem.

helpful staff fresh hot food easy access well equipped gym
the staff were really helpful! the breakfast offered many options, and hot food was prepared to order. the hotel provided easy beach access and nice walks around the sea. i found the gym to be well equipped and very accessible.
the lack of air conditioning in the room was noticeable, especially with the windows open and warmer temperatures.

my room had a sun terrace with chairs and sunbeds. the room was clean. coffee and tea facilities were available in the room, including a fine shower.

nick, our waiter, was great. the staff were caring. the hotel staff remembered all details and nothing was too much trouble. everyone was attentive.

the hotel is right on the beach. the location overlooks the coast. there are lovely walks around the sea. there is a handy shop nearby too!!!

the family room included a separate room. this suited our grandsons well. the swimming pool was an appropriate size for our needs. a young lady looked after us during our evening meal.
one of the starters was a bit disappointing.

clean room attentive staff fresh pastries
the room was very clean and well refurbished.. it had everything i needed. staff members were very attentive. i found the food choice for breakfast really good, especially the freshly baked pastries.

i appreciated the design of the public areas, bars, health club, and spa. the gym has good equipment available. the hydrotherapy experience proved superb, especially the salt room.
