the hotel's location is amazing, just steps from the royal palace. i enjoyed the balcony that came with my room, it felt private. my room was quiet, i slept so soundly and was refreshed each morning for our adventures.
sometimes i opted for the stairs instead.

the hotel features traditional wooden carvings. i appreciated the tuk-tuk drivers that wait outside and speak english well. the views from the 14th-floor restaurant are fine.. i could see the national museum. cafe bora, near the hotel, was an amazing find.
only one room card was provided. this presented a problem when family members returned to the room at different times. i had to ask for the card at reception.

the view at the roof top swimming pool, it was amazing. the stuff was great and took care with our requests. its location is amazing. it is near the royal palace.
the room was not great when i arrived. it has a small inoperating aircon so it was hot. the metal door did not close too. i understand that the hotel being fully booked i was given the last room which should never be sold to clients.
