Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were cozy, decked out with lovely antiques, and offered a direct view of the charming water falling over the dam. The service was exceptional, creating a warm and familial atmosphere. The location was simply amazing, nestled on top of the waterfall in Hatfield, offering convenient access to local restaurants and family entertainment. The dining experience was top-notch, with delicious made-to-order dishes. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had a small walk-in closet which was handy as we had brought a lot of luggage. The bed was cozy, and we enjoyed a direct view of the water falling over the dam. However, there was a constant buzzing noise every 15 minutes throughout the night that was quite bothersome.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully appointed with antique works and stunning art pieces, and they were not only comfortable but also immaculately clean with everything you could need readily available. The small coffee shop was a gem, offering delicious pastries and breakfast options that made my mornings extra enjoyable. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly nice and helpful, especially Rosemary who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
