excellent location good quality bad smell real window

The location was excellent. It was close to many attractions. the breakfast included many options and was of good quality.

My room was in the basement, and it lacked a real window. the shower drain had a bad smell. This affected my experience.

The room was clean and included high-quality toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Fresh water bottles were delivered to the room daily, which I appreciated. The location is super convenient, very close to Oxford Street!!!

The stairs were a bit narrow, something to consider with mobility issues.

friendly staff multiple hotels spacious room finding difficulty building refurbishment broken socket

the staff was friendly. i appreciated the freedom to eat in either of the two nearby hotels (i tried both!). the room was quite spacious.

it was a bit difficult to find. this was because the hotel has many buildings in the area. the building i was initially booked at was closed for refurbishment. electric usb recharging sockets literally came out of the desk, as they were broken.

The room was super clean. It was also cozy. The room had all the amenities I needed. The service was excellent (I was really impressed).

The hotel has many buildings in the area. It was difficult to find the correct one. The fabric on the headboard was scratched. The windows were also rotting.

the room was a nice size it included good facilities. the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. the location was great there was a tube station only a couple of minutes walk away at marble arch.
