the pools are very nice, and i loved the palace pool so much. the hotel staff are caring and lovely, their customer service is really good. i did a boat trip one night, and it was AMAZING!!! sports on the beach will definitely help.

seamless assistance really good cleanliness

the staff was attentive. i received seamless assistance with all bookings. i felt genuinely cared for. the cleanliness was excellent! i alerted the hotel in advance about my preferences and the result was really good.

very nice attention exclusive beach immaculate room picturesque view

the staff showed very nice attention to detail. i enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the exclusive beach. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! our room was kept immaculate. the views from the balcony offered a picturesque scene.

the only minor inconvenience was the gym's limited selection of weight machines.
