fresh breakfast clean room consistent service
i found the staff cute and helpful from arrival. the room was very clean and quiet. it was ideal for both relaxing and working. the breakfast had fresh food and various options. the service quality remained consistently high throughout my entire stay. i felt well cared for.

My room included a king-sized bed with premium bedding. I appreciated that! the climate control system maintained a comfortable temperature. complimentary high-speed internet access was available. the bathroom had a rainfall shower.

convenient location friendly staff
the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions! taxi services are readily available. the room's cleanliness contributed to a relaxing atmosphere, and i did feel calm . the staff showed really good friendliness and were helpful with all requests.

The hotel has facilities that cater to business needs, business lounge is available. the gym offers several options for exercise. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so you can exercise.

the hotel is close to the mall of emirates, a major shopping center. kite beach is easily accessible by taxi, a popular spot! dubai marina walking street is also nearby, great for evening strolls.

the reception staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. they addressed all my questions and offered support throughout my stay. staff members like jacky and dyan were especially helpful in making me feel at home.

My executive room had lounge access. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room size was adequate and very well-kept. It added to my comfort.

sticky carpet dirty head board
the staff were generally friendly though.
the executive rooms were quite worn. the carpet felt sticky and had dirt on the edges, under the table, and on the leg feet. the leather chair also had a dirty head board it felt sticky.

The staff was attentive. Room service offered a good variety and presented the food well.
The room lacked USB ports for charging devices. The bathroom showed drill holes in the tiles. I consider this unacceptable in an upgraded room.

large variety excellent service blasting music unchangeable temperature
the breakfast had a large variety of foods, which i found excellent. the staff was helpful, they delivered excellent service to all guests.
the music was blasting until after 03:00 every night, this was unacceptable. the temperature in the room was unchangeable, i had to call reception for assistance.
