Mixed Feelings about the Stay

The location was good. (I did like the overall layout.)
Check-in was slow. Then the air conditioning didn't work. I was moved to a villa near the kids' playground. It was not ideal since I was traveling without kids. The butler was not available at the villa, a point of frustration.

The Butler service was helpful. They assisted with every request I had. The hotel area is HUGE, and having snacks and drinks served right in the villa was SUCH a treat. The buggy service was quick, and the abra service was a FUN ride!

I enjoyed the excellent service. Ashis Gomes provided excellent service, and Rakib ensured the cleaning was excellent. Jalal Abualkheir, Ignation Ryan, and Mary in the main restaurant provided competent support. I found the staff friendliness a real plus.
I notice that the customer service is becoming less important with each passing year. This is a shame because I have been a loyal guest for many years. I hope the hotel addresses this issue soon.

The shower area was well laid out and had good water pressure. The king bed and sitting area were very comfortable. Peacocks and peahens wandered past the outdoor area. The grounds are well kept and the whole lagoon is set up well. The golf carts provided quick transport. Housekeeping restocked items quickly.
The butler service was not always available when needed. It sometimes took a while to get assistance with specific requests. I think this service could be more responsive and attentive. This would greatly improve the guest experience.

khine, our butler, arranged transport and restaurant reservations. she surprised us with baklava, cookies, and a birthday cake. pradip, our housekeeper, created amazing towel animals for our children. anisa at the pool was friendly, the children had everything needed.
The check-in process felt a little slow. I felt somewhat eager to begin our holiday.
