My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a modern European feel that was different from the description, which was a nice surprise. The hotel seemed almost perfect, despite being on a road. The rooms looked fantastic, especially the bathroom, but they weren't as good as depicted in the pictures. They were spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful, except for the confusion with the heater. The location was very good, just minutes away from the metro in a lively neighborhood, though a bit far from main attractions. The dining experience had a good selection of dishes and a marvelous balcony view. Overall, the hotel offered a value-for-money stay with friendly staff and convenient location.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, right next to the Metro, and in the confluence of Camberi, Chueca, and Malasana neighborhoods, making it very convenient. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, but the dining options were below average with some fruit going off in the morning heat.
