convenient location effective remodel breakfast variety tea absence closed bar
the location was convenient. i found the room remodel to be quite effective, as everything felt more modern. the breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options..
i also noticed that normal tea wasn't available. the bar remained closed, so late-night drinks were not an option.

I stayed in a comfortable room. The bed was huge. the staff were kind and helpful and accommodated me at short notice. the location is excellent with restaurants and points of interest in walking distance. the hotel design is nice and the hotel smells really good.

I grabbed a cappuccino and read my book right at the hotel. The lounge and restaurant area was fun. Quality restaurants, located within walking distance of the hotel, offer diverse culinary experiences. Breakfast boasts good quality ingredients though i found it quite expensive.

the entire place feels NEW with stylish decor. This hotel boasts a VERY nice design. the location is central. A bus to Bernabéu Stadium departs from just in front of the hotel.

The staff is VERY friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Upon arrival, guests receive a cold towel and champagne. i received very good service and assistance . They were attentive to my needs. Overall i found it a very comfortable stay.

the team assisted with bookings and taxis. my assigned superior room included a comfortable bed. it also had an amazing shower with good water pressure. breakfast started around 8:00 a.m.

clean room helpful staff train ticket high cost brick wall noisy room
The room was very clean. The staff helped us book our train ticket. They was the best.
I paid just short of 700 euros for 7 nights. I received a room facing a brick wall. I wouldn't pay more than 50 euros for that room.

central location friendly staff complimentary sweets complete breakfast
I found the location near the center. The staff are very friendly and useful especially elba. There were lovely complimentary sweets and drinks in the foyer. Breakfast is complete with cooked options and varied pastries.
The mattresses on beds are too soft. Street side rooms suffered from noisy nightclub across the road. I was unable to sleep with window open.
