i stayed for four nights. the location is very convenient. baker street, hyde park, and oxford street are within walking distance. the staff helped us with our luggage and were always ready to assist.
our room was on the top floor, and there was no lift. this meant climbing many winding stairs. it was a bit inconvenient with luggage.

The location was great! i could easily walk to both oxford street and baker street. the staff were really cute and helpful. They were available 24 hours which was great.
my room was a bit different from the pictures online! it felt much smaller and not as luxurious. also, the noise from the street was quite noticeable, even late at night.

the hotel was super cute and very centrally located! the staff was really helpful with my luggage. i could leave my bags in storage since my flight was later, that was so convenient.
the street noise was slightly noticeable at times.

the location was excellent, providing easy access to many key attractions. i appreciated the daily room cleaning. the staff were helpful when i needed assistance with directions.
The room felt quite small. Space was definitely limited. i encountered some issues with the shower pressure, it was inconsistent. the staircase was long, and there was no lift.

Charming Stay in Great Location
ideal location really good skills
The location proved ideal for exploring. The receptionist, Vincent, was a pleasant guy. His customer service skills were really good, and he were really good for us. I really appreciate his attentiveness.
The condition of the hotel needs improvement. The outdated biscuits, found in the room, expired a year earlier. I think, the hotel should check these details.
