Acceptable Stay with Issues

The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
I had to change rooms late at night due to a blocked shower and sink. Both rooms were quite dusty, particularly on the bed frame. I think a partial refund would be fair.

the location is great for exploring the city center. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially at breakfast. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and there was a coffee station to make your own drinks.
the check-in process was not smooth. completing the form on a mobile device felt unnecessary and slow. there were no glasses in the room for drinks.
