check-in WAS a total mess. guests had to scan a qr code, only to STILL provide physical id. the lift DIDN't work for some people, so staff used a master key INSTEAD. it ALL felt very disorganized and strange.

My Double Room was very clean. Morning slippers were available! I found plenty of clean towels, too. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and would consider staying here again. The location is great. It's easy to walk to many attractions and transport links.

I found the air conditioning a little noisy, and it didn't cool the room effectively. This meant I had to open the window, which let in noise from outside.

the location is great for exploring the city center. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially at breakfast. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and there was a coffee station to make your own drinks.

the check-in process was not smooth. completing the form on a mobile device felt unnecessary and slow. there were no glasses in the room for drinks.

Check-in was quick. I received a warm welcome. The room featured a large king size bed and two single pull out beds. The location proved very convenient, close to both the tram station and the Etihad stadium. Chinatown is next to the building, offering late-night restaurants and an Asian bakery.

The room was quite hot. The thermostat did not seem to function. I had to leave the window open constantly for ventilation.
