The staff upgraded my room without request! i received a superior room facing the canal. it was spacious with a beautiful view. the staff booked a great boat ride for me. It was worth the cost.

The location was excellent! though the parking was expensive. the hotel is near san marco and many tourist attractions. It was easy to walk. a boat connection is very close.

The location was super, so close to everything i wanted to see. the staff were really good, they were so nice and helpful. there were lovely complimentary cakes and drinks every day. It was such a treat.
My room had lots of flies, even with the windows shut, it was a bit unsettling. my room was also close to reception. I could hear a buzzer whenever someone came in. coffee pods cost extra after the first two, i found that a little cheeky.

the breakfast offered a wide choice with yoghurt, fruit, cereal and juices. the menu included different types of eggs.
My room was next to reception and i could hear a buzzer going off whenever someone entered. This made sleep difficult.

the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the commentary shared at lunchtime snacks and prosecco a pleasant surprise. the common sitting room was very cozy. we used it every evening.
i found a mini closet, with little storage space. i lived out of the suitcase. they stood on the couch. this made it unusable for us.

the location allowed easy access to st marks square. i discovered many lovely restaurants nearby. the proximity to the attractions was a definite benefit.

the reception staff were really accomodating. they were available 24/7 in the adjacent building. communication was excellent before i arrived, which eased my arrival.
