helpful staff fresh pastries air conditioning central location
The reception staff were helpful. They offered local restaurant recommendations. The breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and fruit. My room had air conditioning. I appreciated the central location and easy access to popular attractions.
The hallway carpet showed slight wear.

central location canal view room buffet breakfast
the location seemed like a dream, close to the main square. i watched the gondolas glide from my canal view room and it stole my heart. the breakfast held warmth with each buffet.

a reflective look at my stay
boutique hotel spacious family room friendly staff clean room
the hotel had a boutique feel. i got a slightly upgraded family room, it provided ample space. i found the staff friendly . the hotel location allowed for a short walk to attractions. the room was clean, which i value.
I found a minor issue . The jacuzzi bath was not working, this was a bit disappointing but did not ruin my time.

Breakfast included various options. It had hot dishes, cereals, cakes, hams, cheeses, and fruit, everything needed to begin a day of exploration, the coffee was particularly successful, that i appreciated.

The hotel had a barque style. It featured authentic venetian decor with elegant furniture. the air conditioning inside the hotel and in the rooms worked perfectly. the hotel is close to vaporetto stops, gondolas, sights, and restaurants

limited choice third floor
i find the breakfast selection wasnt good. the scrambled eggs were only option, a very limited choice. furthermore, the room needed elevators, it was located on the third floor. i had expected more from a hotel of this caliber.
