lovely stay with amazing views
amazing view modern decor rooftop breakfast
The room had amazing views. The hotel stands above the cliffside homes. The rooms feature modern décor that is nice and clean. There are two elevators and some stairs, but the view is worth it. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and offers many choices on the menu.

The junior suite had a charming aesthetic, which matched its beautiful setting. The suite included a spacious layout. It offered a comfortable environment for relaxation and enjoyment.

Staff members provided help with transportation to and from the airport. They assisted with luggage transport. This greatly helped since car access to the hotel isn't direct.

lovely caldera view stay!
perfect location modern room easy communication
the location was perfect, only minutes to local shops. dining areas and a bus stop are very close. the room was modern. i liked its size, though the hot tub needed adjustment initially. the staff communicated easily via whatsapp!
our transfer couldn't reach the hotel entrance. the hotel phone was out of order after six calls. we had to roll our luggage uphill for about 100 meters without assistance or apologies.
