The staff cared about my comfort so much. i even got upgraded to a beautiful suite. they have a pillow menu for the best sleep. I could even have several pillows. the hotel let me check out two hours later without charge.

The bar staff asked my partner and me to be quiet during a meeting. It was a bit rude.
