Excellent Location, Smooth Stay

The hotel was very clean. I appreciated the complimentary luggage storage. Postponing my check-out time by an hour was also quite helpful. The staff offered useful suggestions for sightseeing routes (which saved me a lot of planning time).
The english channels on the tv were not consistent. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't.

The breakfast had many options, placed at several stations, providing standard european fare. The omelets were made to order, though a bit heavy on the oil for my liking. I did enjoy the fresh loaves of bread.

The reception at check-in efficiently processed my arrival. The team at the front desk was always available. They offered helpful directions to nearby attractions and assisted with taxi bookings (the bolt app came in handy too).

The hotel offers free water upon arrival, which i found to be a nice touch. The room had adequate space. The shower had good pressure and hot water. It was nice to have a kettle in the room.

The breakfast had a good variety and a spacious area. A quiet section offered a peaceful start to the day. The hotel decor was luxurious. The rooms had a good size and nice furnishings.
The air conditioning got quite noisy and was hard to adjust below 20 degrees Celsius. This made getting a good night's sleep a little difficult.

The check-in and check-out process was efficient. Staff assisted with baggage, and requests were handled quickly. They maintained a clean and tidy environment throughout the hotel.

the room itself was nice. the classic double room offered comfortable beds and the bathroom was clean. however, the noise from outside was disruptive. deliveries happened at 5 a.m., and i could hear the clatter of bins being emptied. it really impacted my sleep.
