the hotel's architecture impressed me a lot, with its thoughtful design and lush greenery. the collection club access elevated my stay, jenisah and dong offered really good service. i appreciated the convenience of using the gym and pool facilities after checking out, a nice touch before my flight.
during breakfast, the restaurant was a bit noisy, and i had to wait briefly for a table despite seeing some availability.

broken tvlate checkout
i did have some issues though. the tv in my lifestyle premier king didn't work and staff just unplugged and plugged it back in. it didn't fix it so i was offer another room but i wasn't moving at 9.30pm after kids were sleeping. they offered a late checkout but i couldn't even use it. i'm not sure i'd go back, especially for what it costs, that tv not working really annoyed me.

the gym room had a good size and a saturday morning yoga class included complimentary refreshments, it was pretty neat.
cleanliness also not meeting my expectations. The bed wasn't clean underneath and dusty corners was visible.

location worked very well. it was a walkable distance to metro. the rooms includes a mini fridge and coffee machine. staff was friendly. the breakfast had good offerings. gym facilities exists too. i liked the filtered drinking water tap, it tasted nice.
i think the pool not getting sun is an issue. it did not met my expectations. i was expecting it to be better.
