THE staff was so friendly and helpful with everything, including plans for dinner. The rooms AND bathrooms were large and clean. The grounds were perfect. The surrounding area felt safe. It was ideal.

The hotel has a front patio, and a rare courtyard garden. There are sitting rooms available . I found them to be good, providing ample space.

The breakfast had a great spread I loved the free nibbles in the bar during the evening.
There were stairs and I was not told about this in advance the room was a bit small too I did expect more space. The hotel seemed understaffed during the afternoon and evening I often had trouble finding someone when I needed assistance. This lack of staff made it difficult to get quick service or answers to my questions during those times.

The location was convenient. The Doge's Palace, Guggenheim Museum, and Rialto Bridge were within an easy walk. The people at the hotel were friendly. Breakfasts were ideal.
There were stairs. Nobody told us about the stairs. The room was a bit small.
