parking situation waiter rudeness

I was disappointed by a few things. the parking situation was not great. Finding a spot later in the day was difficult. i also wasn't thrilled with the executive room. It was quite basic. the rudeness from the waiter in the restaurant was upsetting too. He demanded payment upfront and didn't seem to care that i was a guest.

The rooms were clean and the staff always seemed ready to help.

The restaurant service was slow. I waited a long time before a server came to my table. The waiter insisted that I pay for my meal before eating, even after I showed my room key. I found this quite insulting. My food arrived all at once. I had ordered a starter and a main course, but both dishes were brought to the table together.

the hotel location suited my travel needs adequately.

i encountered issues at the restaurant. the waiter insisted i pay upfront, though i was a hotel guest and had my key card. this experience, along with the simultaneous arrival of the starter and main course, diminish my appetite.
