non-functional system musty smell
The location near the train station was acceptable.
The air conditioning system seemed non-functional. The room was uncomfortably warm. I noticed a distinct musty smell in the bathroom. It was quite unpleasant. THE elevators were slow. It took a while to get to my floor.
