Excellent location, comfortable stay
clean roombig bathroom
The room was very clean. The bathroom was big with plentiful hot water. I found the breakfast had fresh strawberries and a generous aperitivo at the bar.

the staff were very polite and helpful. i appreciated how quiet it was. it was beautiful watching the gondolas float past. i also enjoyed the little table for a drink by the canal.
my room was set at ground level so i kept the curtains closed. i wanted to stop people from seeing into the room. i think the value for money isn't great.

the location is perfect everything is a short walk away. the hotel is not super packed with tourists. attractions and sights are within easy reach from the hotel area, which i found very convenient.
