the hotel entrance is a small HALLEY on paseo de gracia though, it is beautiful.

The location was superb. It made exploring so easy. The staff helped with directions and local tips. Our room was spacious and faced the vibrant street. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. I found it satisfying each morning.
I noticed the lobby area seemed a bit small. It felt tight when more than a few guests were present.

the location was fantastic, right by the metro station. the hotel also allowed an early check-in before 2pm. a free upgrade to a bigger room with a seating area was a plus, i appreciated it.
rooms are dated, i saw old and used furniture. the furniture had marks. the bathtub was also old and not very well maintained, disappointing.

the location on paseo de gracia was superb, near attractions (casa batlló was visible from our room). the room was clean and well-kept. the staff provided excellent customer service. they even upgraded our room and provided a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday (it was a very nice surprise!).
the minibar items were not refilled (despite our request).
