beautiful roomfriendly staffcomfortable beddinghallway noise
the location is in a cute residential area with many restaurants near Vondelpark. friendly staff and comfortable pillows exist there. Bedding was so comfortable too. i felt totally luxurious for the reasonable price.
Noise in the hallway bothered me. doors opening and closing early in the morning interrupted my sleep. breakfast preparations and housekeeping caused significant disturbance. I heard noises from the ground floor clearly.

The hotel had a nespresso machine. I suppose i could make coffee, acceptable.
My room had a ventilation vent making a considerable noise. it prevented restful sleep. the noise amplified each morning with the surrounding rooms' showers flushing. It wasn't charming. i found it disappointing.

I found a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space (i prefer to have my toiletries neatly arranged). also, the selection of tea at breakfast was limited. I expected a wider variety considering the price point.

I liked the room. The bed was comfy. The room offered a radio which I found nice. I used the tram stop close to the hotel. It made getting around easy.
The bathroom door stuck. It needed fixing. This made using it awkward. I think the hotel should address this soon.

the location are super. it was near Vondelpark. the neighborhood have coffe shops and gelato shops i loved. the staff was very friendly, it made me happy. the bed, oh my, the bed was super comfy too.
i found a disconnect between what i booked and the actual room, like i booked a city view but got basement room with asphalt view.

our room was quiet, so quiet. we dont heard any sound from outside. there was enough space in the bathroom. the decor was excellent with good ambience throughout.
