the location proved excellent, affording convenient access to nearby transport links. the building was quite nice , and the staff seemed friendly.
The carpets looked old and not recently cleaned. the cleanliness did not meet expectations . I noticed dust on skirting boards. i also observed damaged laminate flooring in the bedroom.

Acceptable Stay, Some Shortcomings Present

The room size was less than ideal. A Superior Double Room proved rather cramped. Opening the bathroom door significantly obstructed the corridor. the refrigerator was not functioning correctly upon my arrival. It contained leftover items from a prior guest, a detail I found unhygienic.

i was happy with early access to my room allowing me to drop luggage and change quickly the staff stored my bags after checkout so i could explore more the team working during breakfast were super friendly and efficient. the receptionist was very helpful guiding me with directions and local attractions.

the hotel features a modern lobby area with comfortable seating perfect for quick meetings or relaxing i noticed free wifi access throughout the premises it helped me stay connected. the fitness center includes treadmills and elliptical machines allowing for convenient workouts.

my room included a king size bed with high thread count linens i was comfortable the bathroom was spacious and featured both a shower and bathtub it was really good the room also had a minibar stocked with various beverages and snacks.

the hotel is near many restaurants it was easy to explore local dining options i found several bus stops very close allowing for quick transport across the area. hyde park is a short walk offering a green space for relaxation and recreation.

the reception staff provided quick check in and check out processes i was happy they were very informative providing maps and transportation advice. the housekeeping team maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout my stay that was fantastic.
