Some issues noted
ineffective air conditioningoutside noise
The room was surprisingly noisy. i had requested a quiet room, but i could clearly hear sounds from the hallway and even the room above, very annoying. also, the air conditioning in the room was not very effective. It struggled to cool the space adequately, made sleeping uncomfortable. that defunct shower gel bottle really bothered me.

the location was acceptable , right near the grand place.
i booked a suite , but i was disappointed. the sound proofing between floors was negligible , so i could hear my upstairs neighbor. the air conditioning was in the living room , but not in the bedroom and it was underpowered.

The location was convenient to both the station and Grand Place. Our room included a sitting area. It was quite large. The breakfast provided a lovely start to each day. Reception ordered us a taxi upon our departure, and they provided good travel tips.
I noticed that the sound proofing between floors was negligible. The noise from above was distracting.

I found the location great. It was just a short walk from the main railway station. the friendly gentleman at the front desk ensured i felt welcome. He was very professional. upon my return, i found my luggage already waiting in the perfect room.
The sound proofing between floors was negligible. I could clearly hear the upstairs neighbor.

my room included plentiful storage with three closets plus drawers, it even had a minibar or fridge. the bathroom was large with double sinks and more room than needed for toiletries! the toilet was in a separate room; this was great.

there are a lot of sitting areas for guests away from the front lobby. there is also a nice courtyard to relax in. there is a significant amount of tourists; however, it remained quiet.

the breakfast area was large, it offered privacy, and the offerings were plentiful. there were eggs, sausage, cheeses, meats, fruits, veggies, yogurt and rolls available! there was no rush anywhere, even at rush hour.

the hotel had a central location so i guess that's something i can live with.
the air con was only in the living room not in the bedroom so sleeping was less than ideal i found myself sweating more than enjoying the supposed luxury and who puts air con only in one room anyway

The location is REALLY central, just meters from Place Central. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout. I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the lounge WHILE preparing for my outings.
