Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is close to attractions and accommodating for early check-ins. The large, quiet, and clean rooms offer spacious comfort, although accessing them may be challenging for those with mobility issues.
What a delightful stay! The hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for both sightseeing and business, and the dining experience offered a great variety of options. The facilities were top-notch, making my time there truly enjoyable.
I totally loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a couch, comfortable bed, a decent size bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the train station and right beside the beautiful Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert. The service was top-notch, with staff being super supportive, kind, and always prompt to meet any needs. The dining experience was good, especially with the friendly service, although it wasn't included in our rate. Overall, a great value for money stay!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very atmospheric being in the new part of the hotel but needed some refreshment. The location was perfect, close to the Grand Place and main sites, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience had room for improvement, but the breakfast selection was satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The room I had, Alechinsky, located on the fourth floor in the rear of the hotel, was incredibly quiet and spacious. I enjoyed the canopied bed, desk, TV, sofa, and Nespresso machine, along with a lovely street view from the large windows. The room smelled so fresh, and the bedsheets were crisp. The service was a mix of helpfulness and some disappointments, but the staff did their best to assist me. The location was perfect for exploring the Grand Place area and beyond. The dining experience was satisfactory but with room for improvement. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Grand Place and surrounded by restaurants. The rooms, especially in the old building, are both spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me. On the downside, the dining options were somewhat limited, and additional charges applied for certain breakfast items.
