excellent service and great location
window table beautiful rooms
the staff provided really good service. san escorted us to a recommended restaurant to ensure we got a window table. mk stayed at the front desk. the beautiful double rooms offer good value with beautiful ceilings and sitting areas.
i found the hotel could have been cleaner. in the initial room, the sofa had crumbs. toiletries from a previous guest were on the bathroom floor under the sink.

weak shower pressure street noise
The room lacked soundproofing. Street noise was constant even late at night. I found this irritating. The shower pressure was weak (it barely trickled), SO frustrating. the absence of an on-site restaurant made it difficult to grab a quick meal. I had to go out every time.

Really good Experience in a Vibrant Location
central location daily cleaning friendly staff
The location is CENTRAL. It is near a metro station for easy access to various parts of the city. I appreciated the daily cleaning service that kept my room tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave personal attention to every detail (i really appreciated this touch).
The hotel uses photos of a nearby restaurant, giving the false impression of on-site dining.

Central and Quiet Hotel Experience
quiet location supportive staff excellent room central area
This hotel sits close to the Taksim area, yet it remains peaceful and away from the busy main street. Staff members were very supportive. One even escorted me to a store to purchase wine. The room I stayed in was excellent, which greatly enhanced my experience.
I noticed a faint noise coming from the air conditioning unit. It was minor, yet slightly distracting at times.

charming stay near istiklal street!
friendly staff early check-in convenient location
The staff was very friendly. i got an early check-in after my long flight. the location is near istiklal street, just a short walk to the metro and funicular railway. i really liked the complimentary coffee and biscuits they had each morning. That was a nice perk!
My room had confusing light switches. Some lights wouldn't work depending on which switches were on. i had trouble with the bathroom light at night. it was a little annoying.
