fruit selection room size parking charge basic equipment
The room was a good size and very clean (I appreciated this). Breakfast included many options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection, it was varied and tasty.
I was charged for parking. This was an unexpected expense. I also noticed that the gym lacked some basic equipment.

Comfortable Stay

The room was a good size. It included a desk and a seating area (that was great!). The breakfast had a very good selection, my husband enjoyed it.
The air conditioning kept blowing cold air. The thermostat was difficult to set. The shower head also leaked a lot of water.

The breakfast buffet offered plentiful options and staff ensured it was consistently restocked. The hotel was clean and provided all necessary amenities. I appreciated the available on-site parking. This was very convenient. The staff members were friendly and helpful .
I was somewhat disappointed that the swimming pool was closed .

The beautiful king room provided sufficient space. It included a comfortable king bed and a seating area. The room also offered standard amenities like a television and coffee-making facilities. Blackout curtains were in the room, and those were quite effective.

Relaxing stay with good amenities
welcome drinks generous towels marina access clean room
I found complimentary water biscuits and hot drinks very welcome I appreciated the generous supply of towels and toiletries. The location allowed for easy access to the retail park and a pleasant walk to the marina. The staff were friendly and efficient and they maintained a spacious comfortable clean room.
The restaurant service was slow though the food quality was good so plan sufficient time if you choose to dine there. This minor issue did not detract significantly from my overall experience.

The room featured a comfortable bed a functional workspace and effective climate control ensuring a restful environment for both sleep and work. The ensuite bathroom included a separate shower and a bathtub with provided quality toiletries enhancing the bathing experience. Ample storage space was available for luggage and personal belongings.

missing service clean towels
The breakfast restaurant featured a high roof (with a sense of space).
I found the room cleaning service to be a REAL disappointment. I requested it multiple times, but nobody EVER came, despite assurances from the reception, both over the phone and in person. I HAD to ask for clean towels at reception.

spacious room clean room quality product helpful staff
the beautiful king room was spacious and very clean. bathroom products were of good quality. the bed firmness was acceptable, though it could be a bit softer. staff members were helpful and cute throughout my stay.
the air conditioning seemed to need a review. it was not as effective as expected.
