The location is excellent. It is perfect for walking to restaurants. The room was very comfortable (I could sleep for days!). The bathroom was also very clean and well appointed.

the check-in staff welcomed me warmly and upgraded my room. the bed was large and provided a very comfortable night's sleep. i found the hotel's location convenient, only a short walk to the city centre.
i noticed the hotel car park had limited spaces available, and parking incurred an additional charge. i found it a little inconvenient.

the hotel has an excellent location and provides easy walking access to the streets. local attractions are easily accessible by car from this place , and several lovely local pubs are within walking distance of the hotel.

The spa facilities were not shown, I had to ask for them. It was disappointing. requesting ice twice did not result in receiving it. The window in my room could only be opened a tiny crack. It really limited fresh air.
