central location comfortable room clean bathroom
The location is excellent. It is perfect for walking to restaurants. The room was very comfortable (I could sleep for days!). The bathroom was also very clean and well appointed.
The lift seemed quite old.

friendly staff comfortable bed
the check-in staff welcomed me warmly and upgraded my room. the bed was large and provided a very comfortable night's sleep. i found the hotel's location convenient, only a short walk to the city centre.
i noticed the hotel car park had limited spaces available, and parking incurred an additional charge. i found it a little inconvenient.

a lift is available needing assistance with stairs , and this ensured easy access to all floors of the hotel. the bar was helpful and offered a good range of beverages, even at later hours.

the front desk staff, particularly lily, offered really good service by explaining hotel amenities and assisting with luggage. jonathan provided excellent customer service .

the hotel has an excellent location and provides easy walking access to the streets. local attractions are easily accessible by car from this place , and several lovely local pubs are within walking distance of the hotel.

my room included both tea and coffee facilities , as well as a decanter of gin. the bathroom was clean and well appointed , with good quality amenities. the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep.

Decent stay, some issues though.
ice request limited window
The spa facilities were not shown, I had to ask for them. It was disappointing. requesting ice twice did not result in receiving it. The window in my room could only be opened a tiny crack. It really limited fresh air.

i stayed here for ONE night. check in was easy with polite service. a lift IS available for those that have difficulty with stairs. staff were friendly, the location spot on.
the hotel looked tired in places.
