spacious room helpful staff basic gym
The room was spacious and equipped with tea making facilities. I found helpful and friendly staff both at reception and in the bar. I got a decent workout in the basic gym. It had what I needed.
The central heating control in the room did not work, so I used a plug-in heater.

The bar provides a limited menu. Guests can sit in the restaurant area if they want, suitable for a relaxed drink after a day, spent at theme park.

Reception staff are very helpful, they are efficient with check-in procedures, and quick. There were water and milk provided in the fridge.

spacious room convenient location limited hours food variety
I found the room to be quite spacious.. a real plus after a long day. The location proved very convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions.
I noticed the gym had limited hours. The variety of food at breakfast could have been broader, I thought.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Shortcomings
excessive noise inadequate cleaning
I found several issues . a noticeable layer of dust covered surfaces in the room. I found an old bottle cap under the fridge, indicating inadequate cleaning. the corridor noise was excessive late at night, particularly after 1 AM. I attempted to contact reception multiple times on both nights, but no one answered the phone.
