the staff at check-in were helpful. the beds had comfortable pillows and nice linen. breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to order included in the price..
the upgraded room wasn't very clean. the paint was scraped off the doors and it was very dusty. there was a 10% service charge added to the bill, even though i wasn't impressed.

Dinner with friends included delicious food. I found breakfast relaxed and the staff helpful. Waterloo car park was very convenient because of the central location.

charming stay

cosy hotel bathtub room lovely staff
i felt safe during my work trip at this cosy hotel. bathtub rooms are beautiful and offer relaxation. the restaurant staff was lovely and very accommodating. a lady assisted me greatly with my suitcases and questions.
the bedroom felt small and too hot. management had little to say about the noise issue i endured the first night. loud music played until 2am from the room below. there was no phone in the room to call reception.

i was charmed with my signature room i booked. it had white company products available for use, which was like a nice touch.
