the restaurant was packed. it was noisy and the air conditioning was super cold. the staff seemed overwhelmed (i think more personnel were needed).

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities
spacious shower public parking free umbrellas
I enjoyed the spacious shower in my room. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Public parking was close to the premises. The hotel even provided umbrellas to use during rainy walks.
The windows were dirty. The city view was difficult to enjoy because of this issue. I hope they improve the window cleaning process.

efficient staff amazing view convenient location
I really appreciated the friendly and efficient staff at check-in. The view from the room on the eighth floor was amazing. The location is very convenient. The free access to the sauna, gym, and hammam was also a plus. The hotel is close to the tram, so getting around was simple.
I noticed they seemed hesitant to provide extra Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine.

The room was very large and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The bathroom was super clean and spacious. Everything felt well-kept and in good condition, and I found this good.

I used the gym and sauna and found them both well-equipped and clean. The gym has multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. I also saw the access to the Level Lounge, a big plus for some guests.

The reception staff were excellent and offered assistance with directions. The hotel staff helped secure rooms on a high floor, a big plus. They seemed eager to assist with any requests, something I highly valued.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of choices. I had eggs and sausages, as well as fresh fruit. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, and it was clear to me they aimed to please.
