The robes in my Club Double Room were excellent as was the provision of a shower cap. I was also impressed to find dry cleaning services available. The inclusion of a Starbucks in the reception area was a NICE touch.
The room lacked drawers, so unpacking fully was not possible . I noticed offcuts of wiring on the carpet. An electrician had clearly left them behind. The bar added a 10% service charge, even though I ordered at the bar and carried my own drinks, which I thought was unfair.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice. The large car park next door proved convenient. I loved the junior suite on the top floor. the room was clean. I had a great night's sleep. A wonderful hot breakfast completed my stay.
The room felt a bit tired. It seemed that it needed a refresh. A slight damp smell was noticeable.

Breakfast offered a good selection of hot items. The pastries were fresh. Dinner service was prompt and efficient. I particularly enjoyed the coffee, it was strong and flavourful.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed. There was ample wardrobe space. The bathroom had Molton Brown toiletries. I found two fluffy bathrobes hanging behind the door.

The hotel is near New Street station. It is close to many restaurants. Access to the city center is easy. The Jewellery Quarter is within walking distance.

Staff were helpful and always ready to assist. Check-in was fast. The reception area was tidy. I noticed that the concierge quickly assisted with luggage handling.

The location was convenient, close to the train station. My room was quite spacious and very clean. I found the staff friendly and helpful (they even provided some local tips). Breakfast included a good selection of food and the service was fast.
The air conditioning was quite noisy. It occasionally leaked, causing a wet spot on the carpet. I think this issue needs some attention from maintenance staff.

The reception staff was helpful. I was delighted to find coffee bags among the tea and coffee facilities (a nice touch!). The room was modern and very clean.
Our room had muted lighting, so viewing the suitcase contents was hard. There were no drawers in the room and limited shelf space, so unpacking fully was not an option. A 10% service charge was added to the bar bill when we ordered at the bar (without service).
