some issues
broken toaster cold plates
I had some issues with the minibar not working. reception told me they tried to contact maintenance, but nothing happened. i had to get champagne buckets of ice. breakfast was ok but the plates were cold and the toaster was broken. it felt a bit underwhelming. They didn't seem to care much when i mentioned these things to reception.

charmed by my stay!
scenic views parking convenience friendly staff
the hotel offers fantastic views from its elevated location. always parking across the road was very convenient. i found the restaurant on site gorgeous and the staff so friendly. the attention to detail really charmed me!!!

the hotel sits in a quiet area away from the center of activity and provides amazing views from the terrace. it's a short taxi ride to the city center, yet close enough for quick trips into the hills.

breakfast provided a quiet and tasty start to the day, the coffee was gorgeous. i stayed for dinner and the food was AMAZING!!! the restaurant setting and service were also good.

nice staff restaurant selection
i stayed here for two nights. the breakfast was plentiful, the restaurant selection was great. the staff were very nice and catered to my needs.
the gym had very limited hours. i wish it could have been open later.

clean room spacious room scenic view shuttle unavailability limited facilities coffee limitation
i found the room very clean and spacious. the location was quiet because it is not right in the centre. scenic views were visible from the hotel.
the complimentary shuttle was not running when i wanted it. i was told to take a bus. tea and coffee facilities were limited to one hot drink per stay.
