Acceptable Stay, but Issues Arose

The location was acceptable with its proximity to nearby attractions.
The safe did not work when I arrived. I contacted the front desk hoping for assistance, but there was no action taken. The shower also had issues, with only scalding water available and one of the showerheads barely functioning.

staff was super helpful and brekkie was totally excellent! room cleaning, yes! place was very clean and beautiful! i thought the theme about winemaking was awesome, so cool. breakfast offered continental choice and the hot stuff, eggs and bacon, was delicious. i liked reading the morning weather report at the tables, nice touch!
the shower door never closed properly, so it kinda sucked since the water temperature was off.

our room included two window seats and gave a pleasant stay. i loved our room, it was large. the bed felt super comfy. the room was very quiet too.

The breakfast buffet has meats and cheeses and sweet breads. It was totally good. i thought it gave me all the energy i needed for my itinerary. breakfast was delicious, a perfect start to my day.

this hotel is on a nice side street just outside the inner loop. many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance too. underground access is also very close and it makes exploring easy.

staff has a really good knowledge of wines in the bar. they were happy to explain them, it was cool. i liked the free glass of wine for not having the room serviced.

My family and I stayed in a large double room. The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was a GREAT start to each day.
The shower door was nearly coming off. I found the toilet still had some remains from the last guest in it. Eugh!

I usually choose smaller hotels, and this one impressed me. The staff stood out to me. Seeing the same team members throughout my stay created a familiar atmosphere. They anticipated needs effectively. The team displayed clear pride in the hotel. I was grateful for a room upgrade to a lovely suite. It featured great bed linen and a memory foam mattress. The shower was powerful. I also appreciated the salon-quality hairdryer.
