Mixed feelings about the stay

The facilities like the restaurant and food met my expectations.

The room was not properly stocked. I had to ask for more coffee and tea. They suggested I go to the supermarket, QUITE disappointing and not the service I expected.

The balcony faced the road. It was loud. the traffic noise was constant. housekeeping walked in without knocking. there was a do not disturb sign. This felt intrusive.

The location was convenient. It was very easy to walk to nearby attractions. breakfast had lots of choice. the hotel generally had a good and friendly vibe.

i felt disappointed because our balcony overlooked a motorway. the constant traffic noise prevented me from sitting there. housekeeping entered the room without knocking despite a 'later' sign on the door, which i did not like.
