The facilities like the restaurant and food met my expectations.

The location was convenient. It was very easy to walk to nearby attractions. breakfast had lots of choice. the hotel generally had a good and friendly vibe.
i felt disappointed because our balcony overlooked a motorway. the constant traffic noise prevented me from sitting there. housekeeping entered the room without knocking despite a 'later' sign on the door, which i did not like.

The location was pretty good. It was near everything i needed. the breakfast buffet had a nice variety. the room i stayed in had a balcony and it gave me some extra space.
The food was just okay, though it was edible. i had some issues with my deposit refund. the hotel didn't answer my calls and emails regarding this matter. It was frustrating.
