nassima enhanced our breakfast each morning with warmth and attention. jamal and redouane at concierge assisted with every request efficiently. selma and jasmine at reception provided thoughtful, kind attentions throughout my stay. the staff's dedication.
the rooftop music was quite loud in the lower floors late at night.

the room featured morocco inspired slippers that fit well plus fluffy robes and a kimono. the design included brass studs on leather throughout the furniture and a spacious layout. there were also two separate toilets in my suite.

the rooftop pool offered a great experience with nice views and a fun atmosphere. a live dj played dance music paired with a moroccan guembr. the spa had crafted marble alcoves which enhanced the building's circular design.

the concierge service was top tier with staff eager to help with any needs. hassan the manager was available and ensured our stay was fabulous. youssef at reception also were pretty good too assist us.

the location is great and within walking distance of many local attractions. a short taxi ride gets you to and from the airport in just ten minutes. the main square at the medina is only five minutes away.

the nobu restaurant maintained its international standards of excellence with superb food. lorenzo and his team greeted guests warmly with the phrase "irasshaimase". there is dining available on the rooftop too and the food was prepared to a high standard.

The breakfast team was accommodating and polite. There was a great variety of proteins, carbs and fresh veggie options.
I'm really torn writing this review. The service on the rooftop was slow, and one time I was completely forgotten. Even when there was hardly anybody there, it took forever to get served. The hotel seemed to have plenty of 'managers' standing around talking but they didn't seem to be 'managing' anything. It never felt very personal.

The location allows easy city exploration. The rooftop pool offers fine views. Saed, the doorman, provided excellent taxi and local information assistance. I found a birthday cake, a lovely touch in the clean and spacious room. I enjoyed a wide variety of delicious food during the breakfast buffet each morning, AMAZING!!!
The website's lunch reservation system requested photos and special occasion details. I found these details made no difference, it seemed pretentious. The staff sat us down without acknowledging the reservation. Service was slow, especially getting water on a hot day. The staff avoided eye contact.

the location is really convenient. it was easy to walk to the medina. the rooftop pool and bar was a definite highlight! the breakfast had a tasty selection of pastries and cheeses.
The rooftop service was slow. I was completely forgotten one time. even when it wasn't busy, it took forever to get served, annoying. the temperature in the shower fluctuated. It went from very hot to cold suddenly.
