the rooms, spa, and restaurant was so good! we celebrated my birthday during a weekend stay. the staff were friendly and congratulated me at check-in, also upgrading our room as a gift. anastassia made the check-in process smooth with her super really good service.
the music in the corridors sounded a bit like supermarket music, it did not quite match the vibe of such a beautiful city.

the hotel provides excellent access to the city center. many attractions and shopping destinations are easily accessible by foot, the central location ensures convenience for exploring nearby cultural sites. public transportation hubs are also close, therefore accessing other parts of the city is straightforward.

Really good Stay

I found the gym well equipped it included several treadmills. The spa facilities were very clean I also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. The hotel's location was ideal for walking around the city it made exploring very easy.
The music played in the corridors sounded like supermarket music it was not a good fit. I did see mostly products in plastic packages in the room it would be nice to have more sustainable options.
