missing towelsunfriendly staff
The gym lacked towels, so i had to walk to the sauna to get one. This was quite inconvenient. also, the staff i interacted with seemed somewhat unfriendly and unwilling to help when i had questions regarding my bill. i found this lack of attentiveness disappointing. It really affected my stay. the staff seemed quite arrogant and unwilling to explain or be helpful. THERE is no choice of pillows.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The location provided easy access to all nearby attractions. The hotel bar was stylish. I also enjoyed the sauna facilities. The included gym allowed me to maintain my workout routine.
The room temperature controls seemed a bit difficult to adjust precisely to my preferred setting.

The staff at the front desk were efficient with check-in procedures. I also noticed the waitstaff in the dining area maintained cleanliness throughout breakfast service. They were helpful when I requested information about local transportation options.
