Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a prime location next to the old town square, making it perfect for exploring the beautiful old town. The rooms, while large and beautifully presented, lack certain amenities like a tea-making facility and have minor maintenance issues. Service is extremely pleasant and helpful, but the dining experience can be improved with quicker replacements for ran-out items. The hotel offers some nice facilities like car hire and airport shuttle, adding value to the stay.
The hotel's location was very central, easy to reach by public transport from the airport. The rooms were bright, clean, and offered a good view, though they were comfortable yet sparse. The service was lacking in friendliness and professionalism at times. Dining was generally good, with some room for improvement in the breakfast setup. Overall, a decent stay with some areas that could be enhanced.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Old Town, just a stone's throw away from the main square and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are spacious and though slightly worn in decor, they provide ample space and a nice touch with bath robes and slippers. The service, while mostly friendly, had some shortcomings with staff entering the room without knocking and noise issues even after changing rooms. The dining experience offered good quality with a slight lack of variety for a 4-star hotel. Overall, a great location with room for improvement in service and dining.
I couldn't have asked for a better location - right in the heart of the old town, just a few minutes from the tram stop! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, and I even enjoyed the unique experience of the old-fashioned lift. The only letdown was the lack of friendly service at times, but overall, a great stay.
The hotel might not feel like a 4-star due to its outdated interior reminiscent of the Soviet era, but my stay was surprisingly comfortable. The room had a huge TV, and the shower was hands down the best I've experienced in a hotel. It was also quieter compared to their annex across the street, away from the lively youth crowd.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, despite the slightly noisy environment from the nearby bar. The bed was very cozy, and I had a good night's sleep. The location was perfect in the center, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The service, although friendly, seemed a little distracted at times with staff being more interested in their phones.
