I found the rooms quite lovely , with comfortable beds and excellent shower facilities. The hotel offered complimentary transportation to the city center three times daily. Breakfast featured a wide variety , alongside complimentary prosecco.

I noticed a slight wait at check-out.

the breakfast had a good variety (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the hotel provided direct access to a beautiful beach, very convenient.

The pool service staff didn't speak much english. It was hard to communicate my needs. the room service was also slow. It arrived late in the afternoon.

the decor matched the portuguese scenery. the hotel staff were very helpful and kind. i especially enjoyed that the venue has three separate pools.

the hotel was not clean. i noticed the spill was still there for a few days. the toilets near the pool were also very dirty.
