Wonderful City Stay
helpful receptionists convenient location great amenities rooftop pool
The reception staff was always ready to assist. I found the location convenient (close to the city center and transport links). The room had great amenities (a safe and mini bar) and was very clean. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight (a perfect spot for relaxation).
The air conditioning in my room was a little noisy, especially at night.

The breakfast offered a diverse selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes (I especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice). The restaurant staff was very attentive. Service was quick and efficient.

the staff was nice and helpful when i asked for something. the room was quite spacious. the bed was comfortable enough for the duration of my stay.
the bedside lamps were partially detached from the wall, i noticed. the bathroom sinks did not drain properly. there was no complimentary water available, i noticed.

poor soundproofing non functional air conditioning
the breakfast provided was fresh with varied options for everyone.
the air conditioning didnt work that one day of my stay. the lack of complementary water and the absence of a mini fridge in my room was also a frustration. the noise proofing between rooms felt really poor, which impacted my sleep.

a good stay
great breakfast spa facilities
Breakfast was great. The rooftop pool has nice spa facilities. it only takes twenty minutes to walk to the center and Paseo de los Tristes. i advise others to do it. You can see the city.
i stayed in a room at the back of the hotel. i was awakened in the early hours by the boom, boom of the disco and the noise of the revelers outside. the noise carries at that time as there isn't much road traffic.

the front desk staff was exceedingly helpful with directions i needed to navigate local attractions the room i occupied featured an comfortable bed ensuring restful nights spacious room provided ample space to relax and unwind at the end of each day a beautifully landscaped garden gave a serene environment.
while largely wonderful there was slight inconsistency in the coffee prices at breakfast a very minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay.

the location proved wonderfully convenient allowing quick access to essential services and a short distance to popular attractions taxi service was readily available costing about 9 euros to the historic areas i thought that it was really simple.
