The location is very close to Istiklal Street. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Access to taxis is very good.

Breakfast had limited options. I found the food to be very repetitive. There was little variety.

i found the location convenient, near several attractions. everything was really seamless.

the hotel could improve its soundproofing. i could hear noise from nearby nightclubs, impacting sleep quality. better window isolation is needed.

the staff was helpful and kind . one receptionist was especially helpful in finding alternative accommodations, demonstrating a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. the personnel treated my group of 10 well.

great location convenient access helpful staff limited meat early closure evening activity

the location offered convenient access to taqsim square. galata tower was also nearby. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff i interacted with.

the food selection did not meet expectations. meat options were quite limited. the pools and rooftop closed early at 8 pm, restricting evening activities.
