The deluxe suite was very well-appointed and comfortable with an interesting waterfall feature in the spacious bath, giving the room a spa-like feel. The jacuzzi with the TV in front of the bathtub was particularly enjoyable. The staff was excellent, friendly, and the hotel's position was nice. However, the location was a bit far from the old city and there were noisy functions hosted late into the evening.

The suite we had for our engagement celebration holiday was really comfortable and relaxing, with excellent staff and a nice position. The fitness center was top-notch with plenty of machines, weights, and floor space. However, the hotel also hosted noisy functions that could go on late into the evening, not conducive to exploring the old city of Chiangmai.
