Really good Stay, A True Gem!

I found the resort to be beautiful. It was impeccably clean. The service was really wonderful and always helpful. I also enjoyed the fitness center and the spa. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a great and ample selection of well prepared items in a spacious room. I certainly will recommend this resort.
I noticed a slightly limited number of sun beds near the pool area. Securing one during peak hours sometimes required arriving early.

The pool was a highlight. It was a good size, i could move around it easily to follow the sun. The staff members were super friendly. I found their service excellent.
There were no additional hanging rails for towels even though there were two of us in the room. It made it difficult to manage our towels after use

The staff were very polite and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The breakfast buffet was ample. I found many delicious options (especially the fresh fruit). The hotel provided convenient airport transfers, easing my arrival and departure. The outdoor dining area flowed naturally.
The gym was satisfactory, but an upgrade with more modern equipment is desirable.

My room included a king-size bed and a balcony facing the river. There was a separate shower with good water pressure. two sinks in the bathroom and provided toiletries, a nice touch.

The service was attentive. Any requests I had were addressed promptly. Staff managed the check-in and check-out with efficiency. The hotel also offered a turndown service each evening.
