My family and I had an incredible 3-night stay at this hotel, enjoying beautiful and spacious Rajah Brooke Suites. The service was outstanding, especially from our Butler Toto, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. However, the dining experience at the restaurant for afternoon tea was very disappointing, and I feel it didn't match the expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel features stunning rooms with private outdoor showers, and the gardens are meticulously maintained, providing a peaceful retreat from the city. The staff, especially our butler Pui, were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly special. My only disappointment was having to leave early due to a wedding, but the two days we spent there were nothing short of amazing.
