decent stay, some disappointments

The room was small and felt a bit damp inside. i expected more space given the price. the staff were not always attentive. Service could be slow, especially during breakfast. one morning, my order was even forgotten completely, frustrating.

attentive staffspacious villameticulously groundsserene atmosphere
the staff was attentive and helpful. my rasa villa was spacious and notably clean with a sizable verandah. it included a comfortable day bed. the bathroom provided ample space and modern fixtures. the grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained.
i noticed the breakfast service seemed somewhat slow. one morning an order was misplaced.

the breakfast buffet was huge, it included so much food. the staff was always around, they were super nice too! i stayed in one of the bungalows, the design was real cool and gardens were very pretty.

the location was central, near the pedestrian street that opens in the evening.
the room was very small. i requested gluten-free bread several times, but it was only available one out of three mornings. the excuse on the other days was unconvincing, and i felt that the pool area needed more pool beds or chairs.
