the staff accommodated storing our luggage, a definite plus.
I found the small bathroom on a different level than the bed. it meant a walk down steep stairs to use the facilities, annoying. there were very few plug outlets. All were being used by single desk lamps. the choice was to have bedside light or computer access.

Central Location, Mixed Comfort

The hotel's location was indeed central.
The room was quite warm, even with the heat off, and opening the window only helped a little. The down blankets felt too warm for the room temperature. I found it difficult to get comfortable.
